1. Airport Information

You must get to the airport at least 2 - 3 hours before your flight is due to depart.
This will help to avoid long queues and give you peace of mind that you will check in with plenty of time to catch your flight.
2. Book in Confidence
2.01
Bookings made with Be Outgoing are protected in the rare event of the insolvency of your travel provider, giving you complete peace of mind to book with us.
We have taken out Supplier Failure Insurance to protect your money.
This means that should the worst happen we will work together with you to book alternative travel so that you can continue with your travel plans or arrange a refund of your money.
2.02
All other products sold on this site are also fully protected for financial insolvency of the supplier.
You will be offered the option of transferring monies paid over to an alternative booking (where one is available) or receiving a 100% refund in this instance.
2.03
We sell three different types of flights which are all fully protected.
Scheduled flights, low cost flights and charter flights are all 100% protected with BeOutgoing.
This additional protection is provided at no extra cost to you.
2.04
All hotel bookings are fully protected and you will be offered the option of transferring monies paid over to another hotel booking or receiving a 100% refund should the hotel become insolvent.
2.05
All packages sold through BeOutgoing are fully protected via the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority ("CAA").
BeOutgoing are acting as an agent for other Tour Operators, the Tour Operators themselves hold the ATOL.
Even though we act as an agent we will work with you to ensure you receive a full refund direct from the CAA.
2.06
We are full members of ABTA which means that they will protect you by ensuring that the individual providers continue with your bookings as planned or, where that is not possible, by giving you a refund for any services that cannot continue.
3. Booking Conditions
3.01
Soon after making your booking online you will receive an email with your booking reference, confirmation and details of payment made.
4. Cancellations
4.01
All cancellations must be made in writing to beOUTGOING.COM (please see contact us)
If you wish you cancel your booking the Principal(s) may charge a cancellation fee which will be shown in their Terms & Conditions along with our cancellation charge stated in our Booking Conditions.
5. Changes to my booking
5.01
Any requests to make changes to your booking are required in writing, you can email us - please see contact us page.
Dependent on the request, availability and time scale one of our team will contact you to advise if the amendment is possible and if a charge will apply.
Where possible all changes must be made before your balance is due, please note some suppliers may have restriction on when changes need to be made and administration fee's may vary.
6. Luggage Information
6.01
Do you travel lightly - Dependent on the Airline you are travelling with your allowance will vary. Please check with the Airline direct to confirm your luggage allowance per person before travelling.
7. Passport & Visa Information
7.01
All British Citizens require a Passport to travel outside of the UK.
International Passport holders must ensure their Passport allows them to travel to the chosen Country and be in possession of the relevant travel documents or visa required if applicable.
Most Countries require your Passport to remain valid for a minimum period after your return date to the UK, this is normally 6 months.
It is your own responsibility to ensure you have a valid Passport and visa if required before making a booking or travelling.

8. Payment Information
8.01
Outgoing is a member of ABTA therefore passengers are fully protected from any financial difficulties that Outgoing or our suppliers may face. To this effect all of our passengers are able to book with 100% confidence that your payments are safeguarded.
8.02
To confirm and secure your booking a deposit must be paid.
The deposit amount required will be highlighted at the time of booking.
Please note dependent on the Operator deposits may vary.
8.03
Our prices are kept as low as possible and we believe our products offer fantastic value for money.
By using an online booking system we are able to keep staffing costs lower and offer convenience.
The 2.5% booking fee is a transaction charge passed on from our bank and is compulsory.
8.04
Most common issues for payments being declined are due to passenger info. Please ensure that you have entered the address and postcode that corresponds to that where the card bills are sent. If you are still having problems it is worth contacting your bank. Some cards issued abroad are not enrolled into the security scheme in operation and cannot be used.
8.05
All payments should be processed online.
We accept Visa, Visa Delta/debit, Visa Eletron and Mastercard.
A 2.5% handling fee applies to all card transactions except for Visa Electron.
9. Special Requests
9.01
We should be advised at the time of booking either via email or by contacing one of our experienced Travel Advisors to inform us of any special requests you may have.
Where possible we will do our best, this will be subject to availability and are not gauranteed.

Yes - flight times should be confirmed with your airline direct 24 - 48 hours prior to departure for both your outbound and inbound journey.
